Last updated: April 26, 2026

Ignis Publishing, LLC ("Ignis," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. It applies to ignispublishing.com and any sites operated by us.

What we collect

  • Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. We use this address to send you what you signed up for.
  • Form submissions — the content you write and the email address you provide on contact and rights forms.
  • Anonymous analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views, referrers, and country-level location. No cookies. No cross-site tracking. No user identifiers.
  • Server logs — IP address and basic request metadata, retained for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

  • Cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Marketing pixels or third-party advertising trackers.
  • Anything we do not need to operate this site or fulfill your subscription.

How we use it

Subscriber email addresses are used to deliver the newsletter and transactional emails (e.g., download links you requested). Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. Anonymous analytics inform editorial and product decisions. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers.

Service providers

We use Resend to send and receive email and Cloudflare to host and protect this site. Each receives the minimum data necessary to perform its role. Their privacy practices are documented on their own sites.

Your rights

Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by emailing hello@ignispublishing.com. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by writing to that address; we will comply within 30 days. Residents of jurisdictions with applicable data-protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.) may exercise the rights granted by those laws on request.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
